- Adults may accompany their child on The Realm, but they must have a valid Realm ticket to do so.
- Glasses and shoes are not permitted on the Labyrinth Challenge or The Realm or on any of the other inflatable attractions at the event.
- Under 2's go free of charge.
- Everyone will need an entry ticket, even if they wish not to participate.
