The Fine Print
- When redeeming your voucher is valid for bookings until 14th Nov 2025.
- One voucher per person or per two people.
- May buy multiple as gifts.
- Store credit will be issued for all reservations cancelled at least 24 hours in advance of a scheduled booking.
- To cancel your booking please send a note to [email protected].
- Cancellations requested less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking bears the full cost of the booking.
- Bookings paid by gift vouchers will be credited back to the balance of the voucher used subject to the appropriate notification given.
- In the event of a force majeure, Vertigo VR cannot be held responsible for cancellations as those are due to reasons outside of our control. In such an instance an attempt will be made to re-arrange the booking for another date where possible or offer gift vouchers to the amount matching the original value of the booking.
- Present the voucher on arrival.
- Restrictions: Suitable for guests aged 6 and above, with a minimum height of 110cm (43").
- Staff discretion applies if a child is too small to participate.
- For motion rides, the maximum weight per individual is 120kg (19 stone).
- Booking is recommended to ensure availability.
- Not recommended for individuals with heart conditions, epilepsy, or other severe medical conditions.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 48 hours in advance.
- Subject to availability.
