- Children classed as age 10 and under.
- Please note this is not a one-on-one experience with Santa.
- Valid for option purchased only.
- Experience lasts 25 mins; please arrive 10 minutes before your allocated time to ensure you are on the train at your time slot. Late arrivals will not be permitted / may not be able to move to another time slot.
- Running times may change.
- Babies in arms go free however prams and buggies are not permitted on the train.
- Upon arrival, please go to the funfair area in front of the Riverside Museum and queue at the train station.
- The train ride is outdoors so please wear appropriate warm and waterproof clothing and footwear.
- Restricted wheelchair access; the train ride is not accessible for wheelchairs unless they can be lifted out of the chair for the train ride. There is a lift on the ship for wheelchair users.
- Line-up is subject to change.
- Parking is available at the Riverside carpark; payable by coins or RingGo.
