- Refunds are not available for vouchers purchased after 5 November 2020 which have subsequently been redeemed with a closed hotel. Non-refundable vouchers can be rebooked for any date up until the expiry date of the voucher. Refunds may be available for non-redeemed vouchers and upon reopening of the hotel.
- If a customer does not redeem their voucher within 2 weeks of their event then it will not be valid.
- No cancellations or changes once booked.
