Itinerary
Day 1

After an overnight flight from London Heathrow (with one stopover), you will land in Tokyo. From the airport you will be free to make your way to your hotel in the Minato district of Tokyo. You'll be staying at the Shiba Park Hotel, a chic hotel that has a long history of hosting tourist from around the world, as it dates back to 1948! You'll stay in a standard double or twin room with plush bedding, TV, radio, tea and coffee facilitie, luxurious toiletries, slippers and much, much more! The rest of the day will be spent at your leisure, allowing you to get your bearings in the buzzing metropolis, losing yourself among neon-lit streetscapes and towering skyscrapers.

Day 2

Today will see you taken on a full day's tour of Tokyo. During your bus tour you will see Tokyo Tower, Sensoji Temple and Imperial Palace Plaza, you will head out on a Sumida River cruise before taking part in a traditional Japanese tea ceremony.

Day 3

Today you will head off on a day trip to Mount Fuji and Hakone. This trip will include an ascent to Mount Fuji's 5th Station at an elevation of 2300m, a cruise on Lake Ashi and ride on the Komagatake Ropeway which has impressive views of the Hakone National Park.

Day 4

Today you will board the beautiful Diamond Princess to embark on your unforgettable cruising experience.

Day 5

You will spend the whole day at sea, so make the most of the on board facilities and the stunning views of the Pacific Ocean. Take a dip in the ship's freshwater pools, relax in the whirling hot tubs, enjoy a game of volleyball or basket ball on the sports courts, catch a show in the Princess Theater or spend your evenings meeting your fellow guests over a pint in Churchill's or boogieing the night away in Skywalkers Nightclub.

Day 6

Today the ship will dock in Kushiro, a mainly industrial port with excellent links to Kushiro Wetlands National Park and Akan National Park.

Day 7

Another day will be spent at sea, allowing you to relax and enjoy cruising.

Day 8

The ship will be docked in the Russian town of Korsakov, which is located on the southern tip of a Russian island just off the coast from Japan.

Day 9

Next stop on the cruise will be Otaru a picture-perfect canal-side city on Ishikari Bay. The town has become a popular tourist destination thanks to its myriad of historic buildings and crafts.

Day 10

Today's port of call is Hakodate, the Hokkaido island's third largest city. The city is blessed with stunning views of Mount Hakodate.

Day 11

Today is your final full day on board the ship and in Japan, so make the most of the Diamond Princess' luxury and the final ocean views.

Day 12

After returning to Tokyo you will make your way back to the airport to meet your flight home.
