Area

The Costa del Sol has long been a favourite among holidaymakers and lovers of the Spanish sunshine, so this region of the Andalucian coast is well equipped to welcome tourists from all walks of life. Torremolinos is a buzzing seaside town packed with boutiques and restaurants for you to sample and with gorgeous strips of sandy sea shores where the resort meets the Mediterranean Sea. Come evening, a lively atmosphere descends on the town, and you’ll find Torremolinos comes alive with bars and clubs, all offering nights out filled with all the fun of Spanish fiestas that is so typical of Southern Spain. Further afield, if you fancy venturing away from the town itself, you’ll find a whole host of exciting towns for you to explore such as Torrox, Torre del Mar and Nerja. The city of Malaga is just a short drive away, a destination often overlooked by tourists visiting the region who see it as no more than the location of the airport. Journey to the city and you will be surprised to find chic modern city blessed with fabulous architecture, the gorgeous shopping streets around Calle Larios, an imposing cathedral, and a marvellous castle and fort with impressive views across the port.
