This September, run for a good cause and get treated with some chocolate delights with St Mary’s Hospice. They are hosting a fabulous 5k run with some fun and challenging obstacles thrown in for good measure. The day begins at 9.30am, with the run starting in waves from 10.30am. You can attempt the eight obstacles around the lovely Cofton Park route, or simply run, walk or jump past any if needed. At the finish line you will be presented with a commemorative medal, a chocolate goody bag and a gooey chocolate pot! Bring along your cheering squad as the event will be hosting music, street food and a charity raffle for them to get involved too.
