- 48-hour cancellation policy, a 100% charge will incur for any treatment not cancelled at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled time.
- Late arrival will shorten your treatment time.
- Please respect all spa guests’ right to privacy and serenity. In light of this, the spa is mobile phone, camera and smoke free zone.
- Treatment carried out in a couples room.
- £6 surcharge for a set of bathrobes, slippers, and a towel from Monday - Thursday.
- There is an additional surcharge of £15 pp for Friday, Saturday or Sunday bookings, this charge includes a set of bathrobes, slippers, and a towel.
- Voucher must be presented upon arrival.
- Only available for people aged 18 and over.
