- Vouchers are valid for redemption until 16th October 2024
- When redeeming, your voucher can be used for bookings until 16th Oct 2024.

- Please arrive 10 minutes early.
- 24-hour cancellation notice required.
- Please wear something comfortable, ideally sportswear.
- Rings and jewellery should be removed and hair must be tied back.
- Acknowledgement of risk forms must be completed before entering the climbing wall and the commencement of the activity.
- Climbing and mountaineering are activities with a danger of personal injury.
- Participants in these activities should be aware of and accept these risks and be responsible for their actions.
