The Fine Print
- Vouchers are valid for redemption for 14 days from purchase date.
- When redeeming, your voucher is valid for bookings until 31st Aug 2024.
- One voucher per two, four, or six people.
- If you arrive after the starting time of your booking this will be taken from play time.
- Please note that no under 18s are allowed in the venue after 20.00 Sunday-Thursday and 19.00 Friday.
- We are unable to offer any refunds once payment is made, if there is a need for you to cancel your booking then please let us know 72 hours in advance and we will then be able to reschedule your booking for up to 3 months. Failure to let us know before 72 hours will mean that you are no longer entitled to a reschedule.
- 48-hour cancellation notice required. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to booking. Bookings and amendments must be made 48 hours prior
- On Fridays and Saturdays admittance to the venue will only be allowed on viewing ID. ID is required to purchase alcohol within the venue at all times. It is prohibited to bring food or drink from outside the venue.
