- Briefing: Before your meerkat encounter, you will be given a briefing running through everything you can expect during your encounter.
- Enclosure: Get up close and personal with the meerkats as you enter their enclosure. Remember to wear long trousers and sleeves as you could end up with meerkats all over you!
- Questions: If you have any questions left after your encounter, you can ask the keepers to continue your meerkat journey.

- Children between 7 and 15 must be accompanied by a spectating guardian.
- People with phobias of the animal or allergies may not take part.

- Guardians not allowed in the enclosure.
- Photos can be taken.
- No refunds will be given.
- Changes made up to 1 week prior to the experience date incur no change and can only be made once.
- No changes to the date are allowed less than 1 week before the experience.
- If you wish to cancel your experience date, you will be placed on a cancellation list and will be given the opportunity to rebook onto a date in the future should someone else cancel or not attend their experience.
