A weeks trip with friends for a special birthday - Lovely hotel with lovely staff, from the gentleman (concierge) who opened the door always with a smile & a hello, to the reception staff who were very helpful, the breakfast team who were warm & friendly & not forgetting the housekeeping who were friendly also & did a good job.
