The Fine Print
- Vouchers are valid for redemption for three months from purchase date.
- When redeeming, your voucher must be registered with Buckt by the 2nd Sep 2024.
- One voucher per two people.
- Must be aged 18 or over.
- This provides five mystery activities for two people.
- Please note, you will be asked to register on the Buckt platform to access your tickets. Please make sure the person who registers is the person who will be using the product as these are the details that are passed on to the activity providers.
- Please note that this product is not a 'Buckt Gift' product. This is Buckt's standard product and is not designed to be gifted to others. If you are looking to purchase a Buckt gift, please refer to Buckt's web page.
- New customers only. Old subscribers who have previously cancelled and are signing up again will receive the same activities that they have had in the past. Former customers can re-join by contacting [email protected].
- All activities take place within 20-30 minute radius of chosen City Centre.
- Tickets will be uploaded to the Buckt app by the third working day of the month that follows the month that you signed up (e.g. if you signed up in March, your tickets will be uploaded by the third working day of April).
- After first month, subscription is ongoing monthly until cancelled.
- Customers have three months to complete all non-date specific activities, but must be booked in by the last day of the month that they received their tickets.
